Producer Medium Zach takes over one night per month at Berlin, inviting a collaborator to improvise and play. In April, he’ll perform with producer Niree (formerly known as G Mo).
Medium Zach, aka Zach Bagaason, is a producer, artist, and studio engineer based in Minneapolis. He is half of the seminal hip-hop duo Big Quarters along with his brother, Brandon Bagaason. Zach’s production, recording, and engineering work has graced releases from artists such as Mankwe Ndosi, I Self Devine, 26 Bats!, and Lady Midnight. Zach has released two solo projects: Beatstory (2016) and Bad by Myself (2021).
Niree (formerly known as G Mo) is a Minnesota-based music producer and self-taught musician. After discovering his passion for production at the age of 12, Niree gained recognition through his collaboration with Ghanaian international artist M.anifest. He produced a significant portion of M.anifest’s first two albums. Niree’s talent has also been recognized on competitive platforms; he is a two-time finalist in the prestigious Red Bull Big Tune competition. With a passion for blending cultures and sounds, Niree continues to evolve as an artist.
