Early Evening Jazz: Anna Dolde & Klo Vivienne Garoute

NO COVER 5:00pm Show

Saxophonist Anna Dolde and pianist Klo Garoute will perform two sets of original jazz instrumentals and arrangements.

Anna Dolde is a multi-instrumentalist and composer who is from Seattle and lives in Minneapolis. Her primary instrument is saxophone, but she also sings and plays flute and bass clarinet for projects across the Twin Cities, including Rabeca, Willow Waters, Freaque, and Superbus Maximus. Her goal as a musician is to present vulnerability and visceral emotional energy through music.

Klo Vivienne Garoute is a singer, keyboardist, conductor, composer/songwriter, and voice teacher. She carries a Bachelor of Music in electronic production and design from Berklee College of Music and studied in the Master of Music program in choral music at the University of Southern California. She has devoted much of her time to directing chamber choirs and vocal groups; playing keyboard for jazz, rock, and classical groups; and producing original work for various ensembles. Having recently relocated to the Twin Cities, Klo has performed at venues and festivals in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, and Detroit and throughout the East Coast.
