Producer Medium Zach takes over one night per month at Berlin, inviting a collaborator to improvise and play. In May, he’ll perform with bassist SIR SPENCER.
Medium Zach, aka Zach Bagaason, is a producer, artist, and studio engineer based in Minneapolis. He is half of the seminal hip-hop duo Big Quarters along with his brother, Brandon Bagaason. Zach’s production, recording, and engineering work has graced releases from artists such as Mankwe Ndosi, I Self Devine, 26 Bats!, and Lady Midnight. Zach has released two solo projects: Beatstory (2016) and Bad by Myself (2021).
