Longtime collaborators Eric Mayson and Toby Ramaswamy are Black Tie Riverend.
Composer, collaborator, and multi-instrumentalist Eric Mayson has an insatiable curiosity that pulls him in many directions. He works with theaters, dance companies, bands, and orchestras, and he loves playing Dungeons and/or Dragons and reading history. In 2019, he began training in aviation, and he is currently working as a flight instructor at Mankato Regional Airport.
Toby Ramaswamy is a composer, drummer, and producer based in Minneapolis. He has been fortunate enough to work with and learn from a diverse group of Minneapolis musicians and artists in a wide range of genres. As a drummer, he plays regularly with artists including Tabah, rice, Barlow, Jo Kellen, Tram, Eric Mayson, Wheel Eternal, and CB.
