Minnesota/Wisconsin jazz trio Sweater People will be playing two sets of improvised and original music inspired by video game soundtracks and the detailed production techniques of the 1960s-1980s.
Sweater People is a dynamic band and production team from the Midwest, known for their unique blend of video game music, improvisation, and funk. Their versatile sound enables them to perform with a variety of acts, including rock bands, indie singer/songwriters, metal bands, and improvisational music groups. At a Sweater People show, you can expect both immersive soundscapes and danceable. They create music that resonates emotionally, inspired by the detailed production techniques of the 1960s to 1980s. Their album CODA Talk was released by Sun Goose Records, a label based out of Oshkosh, WI.
